This class is designed to help your athlete improve on skill. We focus on stroke production, athleticism and game knowledge.
Medium Intensity.

Competition Youth
Ages 10-17
Your athlete has started to compete in tournaments or has been playing for a while. This class focuses on stroke quality, conditioning, strategy and game play. For more advanced players.
